Late afternoon is popular for golden light and the switch to city lights; mornings are typically quieter.
Large bags and strollers are left at a counter, so travel light; on the sky bridge, glass floor panels show the drop below.
Start in the ground-floor gallery, which uses images and sound to show how a fishing and trading town grew into today's city. A lift then rises to the sky bridge. Walk across slowly: older districts lie on one side, gleaming towers on the other, and glass floor sections open up the drop below. On the way down, a gallery imagines the city decades from now.
The Frame stands in Zabeel Park between Karama and Downtown; taxis drop off at the nearest park gate.
Entry is by ticket from the operator, and infants and people of determination with companions go free, as of Oct 2026. The Book box on this page shows partner tickets and current prices. A lift takes ticket holders up to the sky bridge after the ground-floor gallery.
It opens every day, with usual hours of 8:00 AM–9:00 PM, as of Oct 2026. Timings around Ramadan and public holidays can differ, so check before you go. Late afternoon is a popular time for the switch to city lights, while mornings are usually quieter.
A gallery in the base tells the story of the city, and a lift rises to the glass-floored bridge between the two towers, with older districts on one side and the modern skyline on the other. A second gallery imagines the city's future.
Day 2, “Dubai Creek & Dubai Frame” The Frame stands in Zabeel Park, between the older districts around the creek and the towers of the newer city, so it pairs well with a morning in Deira or Bur Dubai. Its indoor gallery and glass bridge also suit a hot afternoon.
